Eligibility for Returns
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Products: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your product to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Shipping the Product: You will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing the Return: Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Amount: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The refund will include the total amount you paid for the product plus the shipping cost for the return.
Processing Time: Please allow some time for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable time, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include but are not limited to, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
